For you this should start to bring to mind calm, peaceful feelings, and thoughts. Breathe in these blissful feelings and pictures.
Pictures of flower filled meadows, or a white sandy beach. Pictures of a cool mountain stream or a gentle forest rain will calm your thoughts and your body.
Loving yourself by nurturing yourself first is so very important in bringing in calm feelings and relaxation into your life.
Being open to the change from coping with stress to allowing calm, peacefulness into your lifestyle is healing and good.
Relaxation on any level is energizing and of course makes one feel alive and strong.
How do you feel right now, after reading my message? You feel good, with calm energy!
All these techniques of visualization, breathing and feeling can and will calm you. So please do this whenever you start to feel anxiety or stress creeping in on your life. The more you can push anxiety and stress away by being calm, the more control you have in bringing calm and peace into your whole lifestyle.
