It will be officially spring in a few days, the thoughts of spring cleaning and reorganizing for warmer weather is apparent. When I way young and living in the north east, during spring cleaning time my mom and I would change the curtains and draperies all over the house, and even move some furniture around. My dad know that a few Saturday’s would be taken up with redecorating, and being good natured would laugh about how change was good. He was glad to see my mom happy and creative. During your spring cleaning time consider while you are changing curtains, linens or cleaning out the closets, the changing of your thoughts and perspective of why you are stressed. Consider changing from a reacting person to the calmer responsive person you are by nature. We all were not born stressed and overwhelmed, we absorbed it and learned it. So take time to spring clean your mind and start eating a bit healthier to relax the total you.
