prepare yourself for this change. A gradual change makes the affects last

huge role in how you see yourself. What feels good to you will motivate you to
stick to you goals, remember you are the only one who truly can make you happy.
Solution C: Choose to relax and
let go of the stress of being perfect. When you accept a weight goal and
resolve to stop resisting the out come you will find that the pounds will drop.
Resisting is a form of stress and you do not what any more stress.
